Once you apply, it can take up to 2 weeks before you hear back with either (a) we require additional information, (b) to inform you of your approval at this stage with information regarding the next step, or (c) reason for the denied application.
Once you apply and receive approval based on your application, you will be requested to pay a $150 holding deposit. This fee ensures that a unit is reserved for you while you complete the compliance paperwork and wait for the apartment to be rent-ready. Please note that if you change your mind later, this fee is non-refundable. However, if we are unable to approve your application, the fee will be refunded.
Everyone over the age of 18 is required to apply. * Don’t forget to add your dependents to the application as well!
Every apartment has black appliances including Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave/hood fan, stove, and fridge/freezer.
Security deposits are based on apartment size.
